A devotee is one who has these three qualities:
- Sentiments – A devotee is filled with sentiments of love. For example, the Gopis of Vrindavan.
- Faith – A devotee is full of trust in God.
- Naïve – A devotee can never be deceitful. The devotee is gullible and the lord of such a devotee is Bholānāth.
God goes to such a devotee by Himself, like he did to Pundarik. Love attracts God. Lord Krishna declined the feast at Duryodhana and went to Vidur and asked for lunch. God considers a devotee’s home as His own home.
