ॐ चतुर्लिङ्गतोभद्रमण्डलसंस्थिताय चितारजःपुञ्जविचर्चिताय
चन्द्रार्धकृतशेखराय परार्थवृत्तिर्वरदाय प्रभवे श्रीचंद्रमौलीश्वराय नमः ।

चतुर्लिङ्गतो भद्रमण्डल मे विराजमान, शरीरमें चिता – भस्मका पुंज लगानेवाले, अर्ध चंद्र को अपने मस्तक पर धारण करने वाले, परोपकारी एवं अभीष्ट वरदान के दाता भगवान श्रीचंद्रमौलीश्वर को नमन ।
