What is God’s extra-ordinary compassion?
God’s ordinary compassion is when you ask for something and your desire is fulfilled. And this is what most people want from God. 99% of people fall within this category. People pray to God either to get their desires accomplished, or out of fear. Hence, there are many God-fearing minded people, but how many God-loving minded people do we see?
Should we be devoted to God out of fear, or to get our desires fulfilled? Let me tell you dear, bhakti (devotion) should be done out of love, not out of fear or to get our dreams fulfilled.
God’s extra-ordinary compassion is when all our desires or wishes are completely destroyed and we are left with none!
