Shri Radha Krishna Trust of Mahuva had planned to host a Bhagwat Katha from the contributions of devotees collected during the Akhand Ramdhun Sankirtan held at the temple some time back. In fulfillment of that decision a Bhagwat Katha of Pujya Bhaishri was organized at the ‘Pavilion of Mahuva’ a popular playground in Mahuva, a small town in Saurashtra. The Shobhayatra of Shri Bhagwat Pothiji started from Shri Radha Krishna temple and after passing through the important streets of Mahuva town reached the Katha mandap where the devotees accorded a rousing welcome to the Shrimad Bhagwat Pothiji and Pujya Bhaishri.

Shri Nepali Baba, Shri Sharadbhai Vyas, Shri Harikesh Baba and other saints also came to hear Pujya Bhaishri’s Bhagwat katha. They too addressed the gathering with their inspiring sermons.

The high light of the Mahuva katha was the talk delivered by Moulanaji the high priest of Muslims in Mahuva. Addressing the gathering he said “I have read and study not only the Quran but also Shri Ramcharit Manas and Shrimad Bhagwat and I find no difference in the knowledge and teachings of these holy books.”

This statement clearly demonstrates that Shrimad Bhagwat appeals and attracts not only the hearts of Hindus but also people of other faiths.

In between the katha sessions Pujya Bhaishri visited the sacred places such as that of Bagdaanaa, the samadhi sthal of Shri Bajrangdas bapa and the Bhawani temple. He also inspected various projects taken up by Shri Radha Krishna Trust.
