Pujya Bhaishri arrived in Brisbane on Monday, 2nd June 2008, after completing 9 days of Ram Katha in Melbourne. His pravachans were held from 7pm to 9.30 pm from 2nd June to 4th June at the Indian Cultural Hall in Kingston, which is a southern suburb of Brisbane. Pujya Bhaishri spoke on the importance of Hari katha and naam sankirtan. The pravachanswere very well attended by the small local Indian community. In fact, on the 3rd day, 800 people were present, which was a record for a midweek program in Brisbane.

The At the end of the 3rd day katha, Pujya Bhaishri, with the devotees, watched a video presentation of Sandipani Vidyaniketan. In addition, on the morning of the 4th, Pujya Bhaishri spoke to the seniors of the Brisbane community.

The organizing committee, the Vaishnava Seva Sanga has humbly requested Pujya Bhaishri to return to Brisbane and bless his devotees with a full seven day katha. The residents of Brisbane are eagerly awaiting Bhaishri’s next South Pacific Tour.
