Gita Sandesh for the Noble cause of supporting Saputara Secondary School, Surat
Pujya Bhaishri greatly supports the educational development of children especially in the villages in India where a lack of education and resources are seen. Saputara Secondary School is a project supported and run by Bharatiya Sanskruti Samvardhak Trust under the guidance of Pujya Bhaishri. A spiritual Gita Sandesh discourse was organised at Saputara, Surat, from 2nd August to 4th August 2013 to support the running and further development of this school.
A large number of businessmen, industrialists, social organisations and followers of Pujya Bhaishri participated with great enthusiasm and contributed liberally in this programme. The chief sponsor was the Dholakia family. Dr. H. Goyani, one of the most committed supporters of Bharatiya Sanskruti Samvardhak Trust, provided his guidance for the successful execution of the entire arrangements.
The programme commenced with Shri Govindbhai Dholakia reciting a shloka from Gitaji and appealing everyone present to contribute liberally for this noble cause.
Pujya Bhaishri elaborated on the shloka ‘yada yada hi dharmasya…….‘ from the fourth chapter of the Gitaji that is useful to all in their life. The lectures were relayed live on Sanskar TV.
The programme ended on the third day with an appeal to all to ensure that the new plans of Saputara Secondary School could be carried out at the earliest. This was followed by aarati and presentation of mementos to all those involved in organising and helping with the arrangements.
