He, who has renounced completely discourtesy and an extremist attitude, is already living in the devotional spirit of ‘Shri Radhaji’ said Pujya Bhaishri during Mumbai Katha

It is God’s great benevolence that human beings think of Him quite frequently and sing praises to love and compassion for all living beings. Our saints also conduct satsangs from time to time to help us in remembering the Lord’s blessings on us. It is quite natural for someone to remember perennially someone whom he loves a lot. Similarly it is not possible for anyone to remember God unless he truly loves God from his heart. It is only by serving saints and obtaining their blessings that we can develop love for God.

Pujya Bhaishri, one of the leading saints of India conducted a grand session of Shrimad Bhagwat katha at Mulund, Mumbai. The responsibility for making the arrangements was taken up by Shri Bipinbhai and his colleagues who looked after the administration of Shri Balrajeshwar (Shiva) temple. The chief hosts of this katha were Shri Kishor Bhattaria and his family. The Rishikumar’s of Sandipani Vidyaniketan had the divine opportunity of accompanying Bhaishri in the recitation of the divine scripture Shrimad Bhagwat during this session.

The Shobhayatra for this session commenced with the darshan of Lord Shri Balrajeshwarji. Pujya Bhaishri also performed the shodashopchar pujan and Rudrabhishek of Lord Shiva in this temple together with the local Brahmins and the priests of the temple.

At the beginning of the session Pujya Bhaishri said that “He, who has renounced completely discourtesy and an extremist attitude, is already living in the devotional spirit of ‘Shri Radhaji’. And when this happens, the spirit of Shri Radha flows in his life like a stream of pure love and it is the same stream (Yamunaji) on whose divine waves Lord Kanhaiya comes riding to us. When we realize that this alone is the sole purpose of our human birth then our striving to attain that spirit of Radhabhav enables Lord Kanhaiya to come to us and helps us succeed in our objective of meeting our dear Lord.”

All auspicious occasions such as Shri Krishna Pragatyotsav, Shri Govardhanotsav, Shri Rukmini Vivahotsav, etc. were joyously celebrated with great enthusiasm. During his discourse Pujya Bhaishri provided effective solutions to problems of modern day living through spiritual ideas and mythological episodes contained in our scriptures.
