Sandipani Vidyaniketan Acharyas officiating various ceremonies today in the esteemed presence of His Excellency Hon. President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind at Diu today. The President of India performed Abhishek of Shri Gangeshwarji Mahadev with Mantras of the Rudrasuktam and inaugurated a ‘Khukari’ war memorial for the 194 Naval Officers who were martyred in the 1971 war, to honor their valiant sacrifice to save the INS Vikrant from attack.
Sandipani Vidyaniketan, the premier Vedic Institute located in Porbander (Gujarat) was selected by Rashtrapati Bhavan to perform the Abhishek, Deep Prakatya and Shanti Paath. Shri Falgunbhai Modha, Shri Girishbhai Purohit, Shri Ketanbhai Maheta, Shri Bhagirathbhai Joshi duly officiated these Vedic rituals.
दीव में महामहिम राष्ट्रपति की उपस्थिति में सान्दीपनि विद्यनिकेतन के आचार्यों द्वारा श्रीगंगेश्वर महादेव का रुद्रसूक्त के वेद मंत्रों सेअभिषेक एवं INS खुकरी स्मारक के लोकार्पण में दीप प्रज्वलन और 1971 के युद्ध में प्राण न्यौछावर करनेवाले शहीदों के लिए आज शान्तिपाठ किया।
