Janmashtami celebrations at Sandipani

With the opening of Shri Hari Mandir every festival is celebrated with great joy and fervour with our newly consecrated deities. Janmashtami celebrations were no less and went on from 9:30 pm to 1 am in the night. Pujya Bhaishri and the Rishikumars read the first chapter of the tenth canto (Dahshamskandh) and sang sankritan too. At 12 am abhishek was performed on the utsav murti of Lord Shri Krishna.

The next day Nandotsav was celebrated with great enthusiasm. Makkhan and mishri was applied on all in fun with Pujya Bhaishri singing continuous sankritan. Devotees who had come from outside also joined in and with great enthusiasm and celebrated Janmastami.
