Life size statues of Gandhiji and Kasturba were unveiled during a ceremony at Sandipani
On the auspicious day of Rashtra Pita Mahatma Gandhiji’s birth anniversary, the 2nd of Oct, life size statues of Gandhiji with Kasturba, Sudamaji with Sushilaji’s were unveiled in Sandipani Vidyaniketan, Porbandar, the birth place of Mahatma Gandhiji.
The unveling ceremony was performed in front of Shri Hari Mandir by the Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Narendrabhai Modi, Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji (Pujya Muniji), Pujya Shri Rajendradasji and Pujya Bhaishri.
Thousands of people; NRIs, dignitaries, saints and general public were present at the function.
