Pujya Bhaishri appealed to people to aid the people affected by the floods in Karnataka during Katha in Belgaum, Karnataka, India

A Shrimad Bhagavat katha by Pujya Bhaishri in Belgaum was hosted by the Mohta family from 4th to 11th of October, 2009.
In the katha, Pujya Bhaishri unravelled the mysteries of Bhagavat Mahapuran. Pujya Bhaishri discussed the current social problems in the society and offered solutions in light of the wisdom elicited in Shrimad Bhagavat. He discussed the vast importance of conserving the balance in our environment by relating this to the Shrimad Bhagavat. In addition, he explained the significance of the various rituals described in our scriptures.
Pujya Bhaishri announced an aid of fifty one thousand rupees for the people affected by the floods in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. He also appealed everyone to extend their contributions liberally.

Concluding the katha, Pujya Bhaishri advised the assembled people that there was only one way to be happy in life; this is to surrender ourselves completely to Shri Hari.
