Sandipani Gurukul is the regular syllabus driven education system that is academic oriented and deploys teaching in the medium of English and Gujarati languages in Science and Commerce streams. 

Established in the year 2003, Sandipani Gurukul is a culturally enriched campus within Sandipani Vidyaniketan.  Under the mentorship of Pujya Bhaishri Rameshbhai Oza and affiliated to Gujarat secondary education board, it has achieved a reputation for delivering holistic education from Kindergarten to Standard 12 with over 1,500 students (825 students in English medium and 785 students in Gujarati medium) as of 2017.

The school provides knowledge to induce professionalism and thus lays the foundation to create professionals enriched with values and Indian heritage.  Education provided is based on cultural and humanitarian values as well as produce persons of great calibre along with leaders for the betterment of society at large.

Pujya Bhaishri says, “It is natural that students aspire to become professionals such as Doctors and Engineers but it is more important to become good human beings.”.

Academic Programme

Sandipani Gurukul provides Science and Commerce streams in English and Gujarati Medium.

Gurukul starts with lower and upper KG (age 3-4 years) and then to standard 1 to 12 (age 5 – 17 years).

Sandipani Gurukul is affiliated to Gujarat Secondary Educational Board and follows its syllabus as per their guidelines. The subjects taught are according to education standards imparted in normal schools.

Sanskrit, the mother of all languages, is taught in Gurukul as a compulsory subject from class 6 in accordance with the Gujarati Board.

Remedial programmes are provided for students who require support to keep pace with the class.

Special concessions are provided to students who face learning challenges.

From the 5th Standard, boys are also provided with the choice of staying in the hostel. The Gurukul Hostel is exclusive in providing a disciplined, academic and recreational schedule in the cultural and spiritual environment of Sandipani.

Sandipani Gurukul provides education to girls at 75% of the fees of boys so that parents are encouraged to educate their daughters also. It is Pujya Bhaishri’s vision to aid and promote the education of girls, especially in the villages of India where this is not a priority nor considered important by parents.

As of the year 2017, A total of 284 students have successfully completed and passed from Grade 12 Science stream and 176 students from the Commerce stream from the English medium school. In addition, 6 students from the Science stream and 16 students from the Commerce stream have successfully completed and passed from the 12th grade Gujarati medium school.
