Watch Pujya Bhaishri’s speech dedicated to the country’s soldiers during Shivratri Sangeet Mahotsav

Pujya Bhaishri attended the 28^th Shivratri Sangeet Mahotsav on 4^th March 2019 as part of the three day Mahashivratri celebrations in Kashi. Pujya Bhaishri has been attending this event for the past 28 years during Mahashivratri.

On 4th March, abhishek and worship of Lord Shiv were performed for four hours. Thereafter, before the start of the Sangeet Mahotsav, Pujya Bhaishri and people present paid their tributes to the brave soldiers of Pulwama attack who have lost their lives for the country. On the first night, a kathak dance, flute playing by Shri Vipul Vora and singing by Shri Ulhaas Kashalkar were offered in the service of Lord Shiv.

Performances on the following days included: a musical performance by Sonal Mansinhji and group, sitar playing by Dr. Shravan Vishwas plus ghazals and bhajan by Shri Vishal Vaidya who had specially arrived from USA.
