Pujya Bhaishri narrated the divine Shrimad Bhagavat Katha from 15th to 22nd September 2010 in Vrindavan, the sacred place where Lord Krishna performed his enchanting leelas. The katha was hosted by Vrajdham Vikas Trust to aid the renovation of the ancient sacred sites of Vraj Bhoomi. The President of Vraj Vikas Dham, Shri Vishwanathji, and his colleagues Shri Yagnikji, Goswami Shri Ramakantji, Shri Gopalji and others are actively involved in the renovation and restoration of such holy places in order to maintain their invaluable importance. The trust is also blessed and supported by the great saint of Vrindavan, Param Pujya Karshni Gurusharananandji and Pujya Bhaishri.

The Shobha Yatra commenced at 8am on 15th September from the temple of Vrajraj Shri Bankebihariji. This was followed by the auspicious deepa pragatya and short speeches by Param Pujya Maharajshri, Param Pujya Rajendradasji, Param Pujya Sant Shri Nrityagopaldasji of Ayodhya and other holy saints.

Pujya Bhaishri then began the katha with manglacharan. The audience was deeply engrossed in this divine captivating discourse delivered by Pujya Bhaishri for eight days. There are no words to satisfactorily describe how entrancing and spiritual were the divine leelas narrated by Pujya Bhaishri in the sacred Vraj Dham.

Festivals like Shri Krishna janma and Shri Govardhan pooja were celebrated with great zest and fervour. The katha was narrated in the mornings and telecasted live on Sanskar channel. The inauguration ceremonies of various sites were then carried out in the afternoons by Pujya Maharajshri and Pujya Bhaishri. These holy sites were: The Kaleeyamardan temple, Bahulaavan, Balabhadra temple, Premsarovar and Kumudsarovar.

To illustrate the importance of the soil in Vrindavan, a poet has said,

Kaun kavi varnan kar sake Ramanreti ko mool, jaake kan-kan mein basi yugalcharan ki dhool“,

which means: there is no poet who can satisfactorily describe the priceless value of Vraj Bhoomi, where each sand particle has the presence of the lotus feet of Shri Radha Krishna.
