The katha began with deepa pragatya by Param Pujya Goswami 108 Shri Shyam Sundardasji and Shri Raju Bawa. Thereafter Pujya Bhaishri sang the mangalacharan creating a divine atmosphere. Pujya Bhaishri emphasised, by citing different examples from the Shrimad Bhagavat, that it is possible to attain God realisation in life through devotion and satsang. He said that while other pleasures in life eventually exhausted us, listening to the Bhagavat Katha and singing God’s glories nullified the fatigue in life and rejuvenated our enthusiasm to live. Therefore, we must all spend a part of our day in doing satsang.

In addition, Pujya Bhaishri elaborated on the special relationship of Sakha bhav between Shri Krishna and Shri Arjun by singing the slokas from the Shrimad Bhagavat Geeta and explaining what the slokas meant.

At the end of the katha, Pujya Bhaishri called upon people to endeavour in life with the aim of accomplishing the fundamental cause of nurturing human values in our life. He also blessed all the devotees present with self-fulfilment in life and a daily increase in devotion towards God by listening to the Bhagavat katha.

Various occasions like Sri Nrasimha avatar, Shri Vaman avatar, Shri Ram pragatya, Sri Krishna pragatya, Govardhan leela and Rukmini vivah were celebrated with great fanfare. Pujya Bhaishri supervised and oversaw the entire arrangements.

The Bhagavat katha was narrated in the mornings from 9am to 1pm. From 7.30am to 8.30am and from 3.30pm onwards the rishikumars of Sandipani chanted 108 recitations of the Shrimad Bhagavat.
