Bhagwat katha at Bhagwat Vidyapeeth, Sola in the remembrance of Late Pujya Shri Krishnashankar Shastriji

“It is not enough that a person who has turned towards God studies the scriptures and attains his individual emancipation. It is also necessary that love for God is aroused in his heart. Only he who has earned love is a satsangi in the true sense of the word,” said Pjuya Bhaishri during the Bhagwat katha held at Shri Bhagwat Vidyapeeth, Sola, Ahmedabad, founded by Late Param Pujya Shri Krishnashankar Shastriji. Pujya Bhaishri further said, “The scriptures only prescribe rules and regulations of living a spiritual life but our life fulfills its purpose only when love for God develops in our heart and our life is dedicated to Him.”

A life size statue of Pujya Dadaji was unveiled before the commencement of the Shobhayatra in which prominent saints like Pujya Morari Bapu, Goswami Kumari, Shri Amardasji Bapu, Shri Santram Maharaj, Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji graced the occasion, performed pujan of Dadaji and lit the auspicious lamp to commence the katha. Other saints like Karshni Shri Guru Sharananandji Maharaj from Ramanreti, Shri Devprasadji Bapu from Jamnagar and Goswamini Shri Indira Betiji also graced the katha.

Pujya Krishnashankar Dadaji was one of the most revered modern day saints. A Bhagwatacharya who touched millions of lives in his lifetime and showed them the path of emancipation through Gyan, Bhakti and Satkarma.
