“Shri Ram’s katha unlocks the mysteries of Shri Krishna’s divine leela” said Pujya Bhaishri during Delhi katha

“Lord Shri Ram’s katha helps even devotees of Lord Krishna to understand easily his divine life. Only those who try to follow Lord Sri Ram’s maryada in their life can truly understand the mysteries of Lord Krishna’s divine life” said Pujya Bhaishri at the Ram Katha organized in Delhi from 22nd March to 30th March 2003 under the auspices of Sri Banke Bihari Charitable Trust.

Pujya Bhaishri further said, “Though Sri Ram’s katha is an ancient story it is still relevant today since it is helpful to people in both, understanding and solving their problems even in modern times. Different people appreciate varied aspects of Sri Ram’s life and try to put into practice the ideals set forth by Him. He is not merely the son of King Dashrath but also the brother of Laxman and Bharat, Lord of Sitaji and the King of Ayodhya. Thus he plays multifaceted roles in his life all of which are extremely exemplary and helpful to leading a happy and fruitful life.” .

Sri Ram’s janmotsav was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervour. During the course of the Ram katha spread over a period of nine days, Pujya Bhashri elaborated not only Lord Ram’s spiritual qualities but also those of his social and political life. .

During the period of Ram Katha, cultural programmes, sessions of question and answer and bhajans were arranged in the evenings. Shri Brahmachariji and Pujya Shri Muniji of Parmarth Niketan also participated in the Shobha Yatra. In addition, Pujya Bhaishri also visited various temples and ashrams of Delhi.
