A culture diminishes when the language is lost but we have to accept the international importance of the English language. Therefore, it is extremely important to learn the language but we must not kill our mother due to this reason. In my opinion, if primary school and spiritual talks are taught in the mother tongue then students will develop equally and very well both emotionally and intellectually. If English language is a subject from primary school, the child will not be hindered by enrolling into further education taught in English hence they will practice both languages equally.
What are your thoughts on the decreasing number of Gujarati speakers and increasing number of English speakers in Gujarat?
