From a spiritual knowledge point of view, everything in the world is an illusion.  God does not have a name or form.  It is an entity that cannot be bound by the limits of place, time, name and form.  However, in the path of devotion, according to the verse in Shri Ram Charit Manas:

Siyārām mai sab jag jāni’,

One must see God in all names.  Therefore, God has infinite names and forms.  As a result, we can address God with any name.  For me, He is called Krishna, meaning, one who captivates everyone.  We must recognise the omnipresent and blissful form of God in all names.  This ideal is essential in the path of devotion.
